The daily news is filled with talks about globalization. We hear about it from television, radio, the World Wide Web, and we’ve begun to see the term in educational settings. But what does it mean? Specifically, how does it impact our work in education?
Without conducting a Google search (or any other kind of search), respond to this posting with your ideas of what “global education” is all about. You can give an example if you like. There are no wrong answers, there is no minimum word requirement, but keep your thoughts to one paragraph or less.
