    Fun test gauges color vision

    BY BILL FERRIS

Test your students’ color vision with the Munsell Hue Test. Here’s how it works: the test presents four bars of color tiles, with different hues at each end. Your students must try to put the colors in order to form a gradient between the two shades. It’s a handy tool to see how different colors blend with each other. By focusing on the colors in the test, it may cause your students to apply that same finickiness as they look for that perfect shade of blue for their own work.

[...] Munsel Hue Test - This is so neat!  I didn’t have a lot of time to work on it, so I only spent about five minutes.  I scored 99, which is dreadful!  I will go back and try that again, for sure.  Try it…it’s so cool!
